Cooking has always been in my blood. My father, a retired Navy cook, passed down his love for the kitchen, and I grew up inspired by his stories and dishes. My journey truly began when I had the incredible opportunity to train under the renowned Chef Devin. It was under his guidance that I honed my skills, especially in the art of making Paella—a dish that has become my specialty and personal favorite.
As a former firefighter, I know the importance of precision, dedication, and teamwork—values that seamlessly transitioned into my culinary career. Now, as the owner of a catering business and a father of four, I pour my heart into every dish, aiming to create memorable experiences for each of my clients. Cooking isn’t just a profession for me; it’s a lifelong passion rooted in family, tradition, and a desire to bring people together.
